Team Rootberry General Rider:

Client will provide:
  1. Reimbursement for flights, hotel, and rental car.
  2. Ideally there should be an indoor stage that is at least 12’ deep x 20’ wide with a 12’ ceiling. (Note: Team Rootberry is very flexible and can perform on almost any stage indoor or out. However, indoor shows are preferred as elements such as wind and rain can affect the overall length and quality of the show)
  3. A Public Address (P.A.) system appropriate for the venue. There should be 3 available XLR or 1/4” plug-ins. (Note: Team Rootberry can still set up even if there is only 1 available XLR or 1/4” outlet but the quality of the sound may be impacted)
  4. Basic lighting for the stage: A blue & lavender wash set at about 65% is preferred. If in doubt, more lighting set at a lower intensity will be superior to a few lights set at a high intensity. (Note: Spotlights/Follow Spots are very challenging to juggle under and should be avoided if at all possible.)

Artists will provide:
  1. The agreed upon show.
  2. Microphones and music player.

Extreme Show & Fire (By request only):
  1. Chainsaw juggling and fire juggling related stunts are now only available with the Extreme Package. (Note… The Extreme Package requires an additional shipping charge ranging from $100-$200, please check for availability of the extreme show when you contact the agent)
  2. Use of fire at the venue is at the sole discretion of Team Rootberry. Safety first, we’ve never had an incident and we don’t plan to.
  3. Team Rootberry’s burn suit was constructed in Hollywood California by a Pyrotect certified clothing specialist. All necessary certification patches are in place and available for fire marshals inspection.
  4. Client is responsible for obtaining any/all permits, authorization, or permission for the use of fire.
  5. Fuels we use: Coleman lantern fuel, Ozark camp fuel or as a last resort Ronsonol (all pictured at right). On occasion the client may need to provide the fuel for the event. These fuels are widely available.
  6. Burn time ranges from 30-45 seconds.
  7. Team Rootberry requires that you have 2 fire extinguishers on site during any stunt where fire will be employed (A CO2 extinguisher is preferred but not necessary).
  8. As of January 1st 2007 Bill Berry has safely and successfully performed over 170 performance burns.
